Our Offerings

Yoga

Slow Flow, Flow, and Restorative classes led by experienced yoga teachers and rooted in the timeless principles of yoga philosophy.

Meditation

Guided meditation through a systematic, time-honored approach rooted in the wisdom of the Himalayan tradition. This practice gently leads you inward, integrating breath awareness, mantra, and deep stillness- cultivating a profound sense of clarity, peace, and self-discovery.

Sacred Space

Open studio hours for personal meditation, self-guided yoga, or quiet reflection.

Yoga Therapy

Small group yoga therapy sessions led by a certified C-IAYT yoga therapist, designed to support healing and well-being in a focused, intimate setting. Each 4-6 week series addresses a specific area of need - ranging from stress relief and nervous system to support to chronic pain and emotional balance. These sessions integrate education, gentle movement, breath work, meditation, and self reflective inquiry, providing lasting tools for deep healing.

Specialty Classes & Workshops

We’re in the process of creating a rich and evolving calendar of specialty classes and workshops designed to deepen your practice and expand your understanding of Ayurveda and other forms of holistic wellness. Our vision is to provide diverse opportunities for learning, healing, and connection.

Community Gatherings

We’re building a vibrant calendar of communtty gatherings designed to bring people together in meaningful ways. Soon, we’ll be offering book clubs, chai chats, mocktail evenings, guest speakers, music, and more - creating space for connection, conversation, and shared inspiration. Our vision is to cultivate a welcoming and enriching community where ideas, experiences, and wisdom can be exchanged.

We are not enlightened beings, but seekers- imperfect people with a deep desire to inspire others to explore the profound teachings of yoga. We walk this path alongside you, embracing the journey with all it’s challenges, missteps and moments of growth. Yoga is not about perfection: it’s about showing up, falling, learning, and rising again.
