Once a month, a full practice dedicated to restoration, not as a reward for working hard, but as a practice in its own right. Full support, extended stillness, and enough time for your nervous system to do what it needs to do.

Summer Yoga + Ayurveda

Ayurveda teaches that summer is Pitta season — the time of heat, intensity, and drive. This class pairs a physically grounding Build-level practice with direct Ayurvedic teaching so you know how to work with the season rather than burn through it. Chilled Ayurvedic tea is served.

Foundations of Yoga

Yoga has a philosophy, a literature, and a set of practices that go far beyond the postures. This class covers alignment-based movement at a Build-level, breathwork, and direct teaching from the yogic texts. Start here if you want to understand what you are actually doing.
