Sacred Shift: An Evening of Sound + Stillness
Saturday, May 10
5:30 - 6:30PM
$39
Join us for a restorative crystal bowl + chimes sound bath experience using blocks, blankets and bolsters as you are invited into blissful versions of supported Savasana (resting pose). Once you find your comfortable position you will be immersed in soothing sounds produced by crystal chakra aligned singing bowls and chimes. The goal is not to please the ears, but to wrap you in healing frequencies that resonate in the body systems to promote deep relaxation, fascial release and nervous system reset. This state of meditation allows individuals to reduce inflammation, release stress, melt into a deep rest and connect with their inner landscape.
Embodied Resilience
A 4-Week Journey Into Nervous System Healing
October 7-28
-
Restore balance, cultivate awareness, and build lasting resilience through the science of Polyvagal Theory, the wisdom of Ayurveda, and the practices of yoga.
In a world that pulls us into chronic stress, disconnection, and overwhelm, true healing begins with safety—and safety begins in the body.
Embodied Resilience is a 4-week integrative program designed to gently support your nervous system through the combined wisdom of Polyvagal Theory, yoga, and Ayurveda. Together, we’ll explore how to move from survival mode into a state of connection, regulation, and inner steadiness.
Each session weaves educational insights with experiential practices to help you not only understand your nervous system but begin to truly feel and support it. You’ll leave with a deeper sense of how to listen to your body’s cues, create conditions for safety, and build a foundation for long-term resilience.

A Certified Yoga Therapy Experience
Unlike a typical yoga class series, this program draws from the principles of yoga therapy—a personalized, therapeutic approach to yoga that supports healing on the physical, mental, and emotional levels. Each session is intentionally designed to help regulate the nervous system and restore balance through breath, movement, stillness, and self-inquiry. You don’t need to have prior yoga experience—this work is accessible, gentle, and deeply supportive.
Yoga therapy views the individual as a whole system, and this program honors that by integrating both modern neuroscience and ancient wisdom, giving you tools that are not just effective but truly holistic.
This program is led by a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) through the International Association of Yoga Therapists, ensuring the practices offered are safe, trauma-informed, and grounded in both tradition and science.
